Agreement

These terms apply when you use the website at https://getacro.ai or the Acro product. If you use Acro for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company. “You” means that company, or you personally if you are not acting for one.

The service

Acro is a revenue system for businesses. It includes records, activities, workflows, forms, integrations, and AI assistance. Gmail, WhatsApp, Meta, and AI stay off until a workspace connects them. They are not part of the service for that workspace until the connection exists.

Accounts

A workspace has the users the customer invites. The customer is responsible for who it invites and for what those users do. Each person’s credentials are for that person.

Acro staff sign in only on an internal panel, with a @getacro.ai Google account. That panel is not a customer product.

Customer data

The customer owns the records it puts in Acro. Acro processes them to provide the service. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis for the lead, contact, and form data it collects, and for the notice it gives those people. How Acro handles personal information is described in the privacy policy.

Integrations

Connecting Google, WhatsApp, or Meta is optional. The customer must have the right to connect that account. Gmail access is send-only, as described in the privacy policy. The customer can disconnect in the product, and can revoke access at the provider.

AI

AI output is a draft. The customer reviews it before relying on it or sending it. The customer does not send Acro data it has no right to process.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use Acro for an unlawful purpose.
  • Break into another workspace or attempt to extract another customer’s data.
  • Send email or WhatsApp that the recipient had no reason to receive under your own obligations.
  • Resell the service.

Public forms

The customer who publishes a form is responsible for its questions, its consent language, and the people who submit it.

Intellectual property

Acro keeps the product, including the software and the Acro name and marks. The customer keeps its data and its own marks. If you send feedback, Acro may use it to improve the product without identifying you.

Fees

Paid use is on the order or written agreement for that workspace. These terms do not set a price or a refund window.

Confidentiality

Each side protects the other’s non-public information and uses it only to carry out these terms. Customer records are confidential.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as available. Acro does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, or that AI output is correct.

Acro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Acro’s liability for a claim is limited to the amount the customer paid Acro for the service in the three months before the claim. If the customer has not paid fees, liability is limited to what cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

The customer may stop using Acro at any time, and may ask for the workspace to be closed by emailing hello@getacro.ai. Acro may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or that creates a security risk.

Changes

Updated terms are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Acro after that date means you accept the update.
